This role is responsible for end-to-end key account management, full-channel business growth, and channel model transformation in the Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula) market. In addition to full ownership of Spain and Portugal market business, this position also covers key customer relationship development and business alignment across Southern Europe, acting as a core regional sales owner to drive sustainable revenue and profitable growth across the Iberian and Southern European region. The position reports to the EU Retail Director and is based in Spain.

Aufgaben

1. Key Account Management & Regional Business Growth Manage and grow strategic retail, distribution, and e-commerce key accounts across Spain and Portugal, covering major local electronics retailers, omnichannel supermarket chains, home appliance specialty stores, and leading European online platforms with dominant Iberian market share. Develop and execute annual business plans including assortment strategy, localized pricing framework, seasonal promotional calendars, and offline store & online store visibility optimization to achieve assigned sales volume, market share and profitability targets. Expand and maintain long-term strategic key customer relationships across Spain and Portugal. Establish stable cross-market communication and cooperation mechanisms between the two Iberian markets, align cross-border business synergy opportunities, and support consistent and high-quality business development in both Spanish and Portuguese markets. 2. Channel Execution & Retail Operation Management Drive effective sales execution for offline retail and online e-commerce channels in Spain and Portugal. Collaborate with global logistics and supply chain teams to ensure accurate market demand forecasting, reasonable regional inventory allocation, and on-time cross-border and local delivery. Continuously monitor sell-in, sell-out and inventory turnover of all channel partners in the two markets, identify operational bottlenecks, market fluctuations and channel risks, and implement targeted corrective actions and optimization plans in a timely manner. Support channel stability and operational synchronization for cross-border key accounts covering Spain and Portugal to ensure consistent channel performance, standardized sales rhythm and unified service standards across the Iberian region. 3. Commercial & Product Strategy Localization Partner closely with Global Product and Marketing teams to align product portfolio layout, localized pricing policy, and go-to-market strategy with consumption trends, seasonal demands and regulatory characteristics of Spain, Portugal and Southern European markets. Continuously monitor local competitor activities, market pricing dynamics and consumer preference changes to optimize product positioning, SKU layout and commercial terms for the Iberian market. Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations on assortment listing, regional pricing system, rebate and incentive schemes, and co-marketing investment cooperation for key customers in Spain and Portugal. 4. Trade Marketing & Campaign Execution Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and deliver localized seasonal retail campaigns and peak sales activations tailored to Iberian market consumption habits (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Summer Sales, Three Kings' Day and local promotional peak seasons). Ensure standardized in-store branding, unified brand display specifications, consistent brand visibility, and high-quality offline and online retail execution across all sales touchpoints in Spain and Portugal. Coordinate marketing resource synchronization and key campaign alignment for core partners in Spain and Portugal, track full-cycle campaign ROI, summarize regional marketing experience, and provide data-driven optimization suggestions for subsequent marketing and sales activities. 5. Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration Prepare accurate regional sales forecasting, regular key account business reports and regional sales performance reviews covering Spain and Portugal. Collaborate efficiently with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure end-to-end operational excellence and smooth business iteration. Collect, sort and summarize Iberian market intelligence, frontline customer feedback, channel operation pain points and regional business insights, to support Southern European regional strategy formulation and annual business planning iteration. 6. Iberian Channel Model Transformation & Regional Governance Lead the local implementation of the channel model transition for Spain and Portugal market, upgrading from the existing FSD distribution structure to the new FD + direct Key Account operation model. Cooperate with the Group commercial team to complete business decoupling, asset sorting and seamless handover with the incumbent Iberian regional distributor. Establish standardized channel governance systems for Spain and Portugal, including unified regional pricing discipline, grey market prevention and control, rationalized regional inventory structure optimization, and cross-market channel conflict management. Support unified channel policy implementation and stable healthy ecosystem management for Iberian regional business.

Anforderungen

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade or related disciplines. Professional Experience: 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or lifestyle industries. Proven track record of managing top-tier retail and e-commerce accounts in Spain and Portugal. Candidates with Southern European regional customer cooperation and cross-border relationship management experience are highly preferred. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Spain and Portugal offline & online retail ecosystem, with basic familiarity of Southern European market characteristics, consumption habits and regional channel landscape. Language: Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written, business negotiation level); Portuguese proficiency is a strong plus.
