Job Description

Head of Sales for the German subsidiary of Jiangsu Testa Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 831510), reporting to the company's General Manager / Head of Overseas Business, based in Germany on a permanent basis. The role's objective is to leverage the local German team to develop the European market, with a particular focus on expanding terminal customers for touch display equipment in the gaming sector, increasing regional revenue in Europe, improving localized sales and service capabilities, and raising Jiangsu Testa's market share in Europe's touch display industry.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall sales planning, customer development, team building, and performance achievement in the European region (with a focus on Germany and neighboring EU countries); achieve the annual sales targets assigned by the company, prioritizing customer development in the touch display field for gaming equipment while also developing high-quality customers in industrial control and medical displays. 2. Independently develop local European end customers and equipment integrators and establish localized sales channels; formulate regional market expansion strategies and coordinate various market development activities, including online promotion, industry exhibitions, and customer visits. 3. Responsible for the full life-cycle management of key customers, including business engagement, technical solution communication, quotation negotiation, contract signing, order follow-up, and payment collection; coordinate internal R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure the successful implementation of customer projects. 4. Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, industry regulations, and market-entry requirements in Europe's touch display and gaming equipment industries; regularly prepare market analysis reports to support decision-making on product planning, pricing strategies, and business development. 5. Establish the sales system for the German subsidiary; subsequently build a local sales team according to business needs, formulate team performance evaluation and incentive programs, and manage the team's daily sales activities. 6. Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key major customers in the region, identify new projects and requirements among existing customers, and continuously increase customer sales and engagement. 7. Coordinate the planning and execution of industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and other marketing activities in the region to build the company's brand awareness in Europe's touch display industry. 8. Prepare the regional sales budget, control expenses, manage accounts receivable, control business risks, and ensure the profitability of regional operations. 9. Liaise with the domestic headquarters, regularly report sales progress, customer information, and market intelligence, and complete other overseas business-related tasks assigned by headquarters.

Requirements

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Microelectronics, Display Technology, Automation, or another electronics-related field. 2. Work experience: 10–15 years or more of experience in the electronic information industry; candidates with sales, marketing, or customer management experience in touch display panels, touch modules, or display components are preferred; - Preferred: Experience developing touch display customers in the gaming equipment industry; - Alternative: Relevant sales experience in medical displays or industrial/industrial-control displays. 3. Resources and capabilities: Established local customer resources and industry contacts in Europe (especially Germany); familiar with the upstream and downstream industrial chains of EU industrial-control and gaming equipment; familiar with the full process of overseas B2B key-account development, business negotiations, and project operations. 4. Language skills: Fluent English for business communication; German proficiency preferred. Able to independently conduct overseas business negotiations, technical communications, and contract negotiations. 5. Other requirements: Familiar with local European business practices and import/export and compliance requirements; able to be based in Germany long term and accept travel within Europe; capable of independently managing regional business operations and building a sales team; results-oriented, highly resilient under pressure, and possessing strong cross-departmental collaboration skills.

Benefits
